2. Custom & Personalized Orders
Customer Submissions: When ordering customized drinkware (such as items featuring personalized names), you are solely responsible for ensuring the accurate spelling, capitalization, and formatting of any submitted text.
Accuracy: We produce items using the exact text entered at checkout. Legacy Luxe Noir LLC is not responsible for typographical errors, misspellings, or formatting errors submitted by the customer.
Appropriate Content: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing text or submissions that are defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, infringing upon third-party intellectual property, or otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
3. Print-on-Demand Production & Fulfillment
Our products are made-to-order through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.
Production Timing: Stated production times are estimates and subject to fluctuations based on seasonal demand, order volume, and supply chain constraints.
Order Modifications: Because customized orders are automatically routed to our production partners shortly after placement, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been submitted.
4. Pricing & Product Descriptions
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.
We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, because actual colors depend on monitor calibration, display settings, and the custom printing process, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be completely exact.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales of personalized, custom-printed merchandise are final. Our detailed return, replacement, and damage policies are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital assets, and product descriptions—is the property of Legacy Luxe Noir LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
