Return & Replacement Policy

At Legacy Luxe Noir (operated by Legacy Luxe Noir, LLC), every piece is custom-made on demand especially for you. Because each mug is personalized and printed at the time of order, all sales are final, and we do not accept general returns or buyer's remorse exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our drinkware. If your mug arrives broken, damaged in transit, defective, or with a printing error on our end:

Notify Us Within 14 Days: Contact us at inquiry@legacyluxenoir.com within 14 calendar days of your delivery date.

Provide Verification: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of:

The damaged or defective mug (highlighting the flaw, crack, or print issue).

The shipping box and packaging label.

Free Replacement or Refund: Once verified, we will immediately submit a replacement order to production at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ship broken ceramic back to us.

Personalization & Spelling Accuracy

Customer Responsibility: Please review the spelling, capitalization, and formatting of your custom name carefully before placing your order. We print names exactly as submitted.

Order Modifications: Custom orders are routed to production quickly. If you notice an error in your submitted name, email us immediately. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

We cannot replace or refund items due to customer spelling mistakes or incorrect sizes/colors selected at checkout.

Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once updated details are confirmed.
